VULNERABILITY AND STRUCTURE

You know that feeling of too many things in your diary…too many things on your to do list? Today I want to chat with you about structure and vulnerability.

We have been taught to build up so much structure around ourselves that we have lost our intuitive voice. Your intuitive voice is that bright alive part of yourself – your creative self.

You can still be about being tidy, ordered, structured.

But how do you keep structure your friend rather than foe?

Watch the video and find out!

After watching this video, ask yourself –

How will you allow yourself to be vulnerable today?

Today’s tweetable is an old quote, but a great quote that never fades in terms of relevance.

PROGRESS, NOT PERFECTION ~ Jim Rohn

Lovely to see you, Savannah, but the audio keeps cutting out after “wise inner self”. Then, after a while during which we see you talking silently, the music cuts in again and you’re saying “Hello” in an endless loop. Is this an intentional comment on vulnerability or what?! I’m certainly left with my inner self burbling on with no input from you…

      Carol,
So lovely to have you here, thank you for the chuckle…no the endless loop of hello was unintentional 🙂 !! But it’s all up and sorted now and I look forward to chatting with you more about it all.
Thank you 🙂 and chat soon 🙂

    Really lovely post.

These tips feel like the savannah foundational approach to living a good life..

I also enjoyed the text rolling out over the screen.

Personally, this is an important message. I don’t often leave enough space because of a belief I have to be busy.. Thos parasitic belief robs me of the time to contemplate and as you put it let the good of humanity pour in.

    Lovely important reminder.

Hi Savannah, great to see and hear you in this video. Haven’t seen or heard fro you in quite awhile. If you recall we met through Touchstone several years ago. I am glad to see you are following your heart and living in full expression of your truth. Let’s keep in touch, our work is very much aligned. You can see what I am doing on my website. Blessings and much love…Jim Phillips
