BLOCKS TO HEARING YOUR INTUITION

Whether you have a project you are working on, course work you are finishing up, or children you raising, doing it with intuition on your side – where you listen to what the next best step is for you in that situation – is invaluable.

I’m sure I don’t need to tell you that we live in times when there is always something vying for our attention — TV, emails, text messages, or social media. But you also need to learn to be selective about what you pour your energy into.

Being able to be selective is about deeply listening to that intuitive part of you, and there are certain things in modern day life that can block that intuition.

Here I talk about some of them, as well as things you can start to do to unblock your natural intuition.

Reach out and tell us about what you need 🙂

Looking forward to chatting with you in the comments 🙂

    Beautiful wisdom,thank you.
One of the most powerful things for me has been 10 day Vipassana meditation retreats. Despite being a daily meditator, I find the busyness of life and relentless sensory input of worldly things builds up to create constant background fog. Stopping everything and entering stillness for hours on end dramatically slows down the speed of life and clears the slate. It seems to give a full system reset back into human beingness. My sense is that one a year is about right, though I’m a few years behind! Like you say, slowing down is key.

      Hello beautiful Muriel 🙂
Thank you so much for your thoughtful response. I do love a Vipassana, entering stillness..what a lovely way of expressing it, ‘a return to human being ness’. The beauty about stillness is it can start in any moment, just by stopping, taking a deep breath and getting present. You got this ! Stay in touch about how you get on 🙂
