Todays blog was recorded before lockdown but it could not be better timed as a moment to self reflect and choose what might be the next phase of your life.

Happy Choose-Day to you! As ever, today you are reminded in this situation, as with any, you do still have a choice. Maybe not about where you can go, but about what you do now with the time that you do have and what you have learnt about the things and people you rely on in your life. Now, more than ever, gratitude will see you through if you are having a tough time; or, if you are flourishing, it will lift you to new heights. Stay open, stay grateful, and remember to choose your response and your actions.
