    Great video savannah.. I love the ‘does it improve on the silence’ point..that’s where I come from when on social media.. 15-20 mins a day.. I go for weeks without Facebook and would rather engage with life in the moment as it unfolds,. Difficult to live life in flow with the distractions that social media sites brings with it! Much love to you.. keep sparkling in your positive videos and podcasts❤️
