How do I use the Face-Spoon Set?

How often should I use the Face Spoon or Face Arc?

Start with around 5 minutes a day, and BE GENTLE! Wait to see how your fascia responds, and build up over time.

Can anyone use the Face-Spoon Set?

Most people will benefit from Fascia release, although if you are sensitive you might be more comfortable with the larger end, at least to begin with. Refrain from using the tools on an area treated with Botox for 6 months from treatment date or until it has worn off completely. If you have or have previously had surgery, fillers or cancer please ask your doctor before using the Face Spoon or Face Arc.

How are these tools different to a Gua Sha tool?

The defined edges on the Face Spoon and Face Arc are designed to work into the fascia rather than the surface of the skin.

What will my tools look like?

Colours may vary between a light beige and black as each set is handmade from natural materials.
